In this session we will discuss how to identify a child who is truly struggling and what steps you should take to support that child's development and their family. We will also discuss the qualifications for various disabilities, how to refer a child for services, and what to expect if the child does qualify for services. Finally, they will also discuss some effective and simple teaching strategies and modifications to support all children in the classroom. Instructor is Charissa Welsh, Grant County Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Eduction Specialist.
