John Day Golf Course - July 17th, 2010 - Tee off 9:00 - Awards and Dinner 4:00
Cost: $50 per person includes green fees, carts for first come first received and dinner for the golfer. Guests welcome for dinner with a donation to the fund raiser. Lunch is available for $6.00 from the golf course. You can purchase a mulligan for $5.00 each, unlimited. There will be raffles and 50/50 tickets also!
You can sign up as a single or as a 4 person team that will play together. Please enclose the dollar amount of all players that are signing up. This can be mailed to Mary Weaver P.O.
