You will learn composure and how the brain learns to self-regulate, to literally "wire" children for self-control, and to help you move past your own "triggers" to help you create and implement a safe place in your home/classroom.  Learn encouragement and how to teach the value of caring, sharing, kindness, and helpfulness.  This creates a sense of belonging for all children.  Relationships embedded in a school/childcare family are the motivations and cradle of all learning.  You will learn how to use effective praise that relies on describing, not judging.
