Creating teaching moments with positive intent will help us see the best in others. Positive thoughts physically alter the cells in the body. Learn how to improve self-image and build trust with children. Empathy provides us with the skills to effectively handle the fussing and fits. Learn how Empathy wires the brain for self-control, allowing children to access higher cognitive processes. This will help children accept and process their feelings so as to see the world from other's perspectives.
